我们删除了这个包
sudo apt purge libkpathsea6
然后安装TeXLive
sudo apt install texlive-full
我有类似的问题，删除旧包libsynctex1帮我解决了这个问题。 在删除之前忘了检查我安装的版本
sudo apt purge libsynctex1 sudo apt install texlive-full
