这是Amazon S3的一个已知错误 。 要解决此问题，只需运行sudo apt-get update

截至2012年4月10日，Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat已经达到使用寿命（EOL），这意味着没有进一步的更新（甚至没有安全修复），并且包档案从archive.ubuntu.com移动到old-releases.ubuntu.com ，这是你看到的错误的原因。
编辑/etc/apt/sources.list并修复包源 。 请注意，您还需要删除us-west-1.ec2前缀：EOL版本没有专用的EC2包服务器。
