我猛烈地强制升级，通过编辑我的sources.list来仅包含13.10更新源。 然后只需apt-get update，upgrade，dist-upgrade，autoremove，autoclean。 令人惊讶的是，后来升级到可信赖只是与do-release-upgrade一起使用。
