要安装13.10版本，请转到i386下载页面并选择一个镜像以获取libtiff4_3.9.7-2ubuntu1_i386.deb 。
现在用Ctrl + Alt + t打开一个终端并输入你下载deb文件的文件夹：
sudo dpkg -i ./libtiff4_3.9.7-2ubuntu1_i386.deb
