我想知道CPU是否受到powerclamp的限制。 如果你运行top,你可能会看到kidle_inject线程正在运行,如果是这样,CPU被强制钳位作为热约束,因此你会看到明显的100%利用率和低CPU频率。

我的i5遇到了同样的问题。检查你的驱动实用程序。 16.04需要英特尔处理器的额外驱动程序。 我认为安装intel-microcode会很好地解决这个问题(在重新启动之后)。 让我知道结果如何。
