您可以使用启动修复

插入您的Ubuntu live（桌面）CD或闪存驱动器，将计算机从CD /闪存驱动器重新启动到实时桌面会话。

安装并运行Boot-Repair

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install -y boot-repair gksu boot-repair 

点击“推荐修复” – >申请。
