你所描述的问题是Karmic以来的一个已知问题 ，也发生在Lucid上。
解决方案是启动vmware，但也强制VMWare使用GTK鼠标即
export VMWARE_USE_SHIPPED_GTK=yes && vmware
或者，您可以编辑/etc/vmware/bootstrap以在调用vmware之前放置上面导出的环境变量。
