- 在停靠时系统开机期间，外部显示器无法检测到。
- 外部显示器可能会闪烁。
- 各种屏幕分辨率和图形配置文件保留问题
- 延长时间后，外部显示屏可能会变黑或进入省电模式。
- 在加载操作系统之前，外部显示器上没有video。
Dell建议更新Lattitude E7440 / E7240型号的BIOS以解决此问题。 如果这没有帮助，建议从Dell驱动程序数据库安装最新的图形驱动程序和synaptics固件。
