试试这个：

• Switch on电脑。
• 等到Bios完成加载。
• hold Shift键。
• 将调出Grub菜单。
• 选择以： Advanced options开头的行。
• 选择以： recovery mode结尾的行
• 按Enter ，您的机器将开始启动过程。
• 您的PC应显示包含多个选项的菜单。
• 其中一个选项是： Drop to root shell prompt 。
• 按下Enter键突出显示此选项。

在终端运行命令：

 mount -o remount,rw / mount --all rm -rf /var/log/journal rm -rf /run/log/journal systemctl mask nfs-blkmap.service apt-cache policy systemd-sysv apt-get install --reinstall systemd-sysv update-mime-database /usr/share/mime apt-get remove chemical-mime-data dpkg --configure -a apt-get -f install apt-get update apt-get dist-upgrade apt-get autoremove apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-desktop update-grub apt-get clean reboot
