我刚遇到同样的问题，发现一个更新的/etc/apt/sources.list文件与前一个文件有所不同，因为它使用了http://76.73.4.58/ubuntu而不是us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu。 当我用旧的source.list文件替换最新的sources.list文件时，apt-get升级工作。
您需要调整sources.list文件然后运行sudo apt-get update然后运行sudo apt-get upgrade 。
