Apt-Get Update不断获得相同的包

当我开始apt-get-update ， /var/lib/apt/lists/partial会出现一些文件，包括这两个文件。

我查看了http://nz.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/trusty-updates ，发现partial Release.gpg具有相同的大小，但文件Release时间太短。 我还注意到这些文件昨晚在服务器上更新了。
有趣的是，我可以在浏览器中查看和下载文件Release.gpg ，但我只能在浏览器中查看文件Release ：当我尝试下载它时（“将文件另存为…”），Firefox回复说它无法读取文件/tmp/Xu4f...并且磁盘上的文件Release将为空。
突然间，一切都重新开始了： apt-get update在几秒钟内就完成了，我可以毫无问题地下载文件Release 。
