apt-get 403 Forbidden

此错误是由服务器引起的，这完全不是您的错。 可能是因为该存储库处于脱机状态以进行维护。
但是，您应该稍后再试或/我会建议还原到其他国家/地区的服务器而不是主存档.ubuntu.com，这是受限制的，不允许体验全速。

我经常遇到这个错误，即使在使用主服务器时也是如此。我注意到，当apt-get进程由于某种原因而中断时会发生这种情况。 例如，当运行apt-get update某些文件的下载时，无法完成。 在针对该特定文件获得403错误后，您将在那里。
我在apt-get update期间了解到这些部分下载的文件（我不确定它们是否完全是文件）存储在/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/
所以我做了sudo rm -r /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/* （删除了目录中的所有文件）
在此之后，我没有得到403错误。
如果在运行apt-get install或apt-get upgrade或apt-get dist-upgrade时遇到错误
试试sudo rm -r /var/cache/apt/archives/partial/*
